Posted: April 28th, 2008, 5:00 pmPosted: April 28th, 2008, 5:09 pmi believe the dots were used from 1960's through 1983 or 1984. the blackhorse codes were used until 1997. in 1998 they re-introduced the dots. i don't know when they started using the current 4 letter dating code.
