Yes indeed old friend! I'd read the book, "My Pal Skip" many years ago and saw the touching movie when it came out. Willie Morris, the author, played all three sports in his little hometown of Yazoo Miss, but his favorite sport I think was baseball. He understood baseball and dogs, and maybe his trusty old glove. . . in a special way.
