Help with asbestos lining in glove?

I picked up a glove this weekend and it is a salesman sample 1" web from around 1920 I believe. The inside lining looks strange like wool and I have heard about some older gloves having asbestos lining. I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to tell if it is.Any help would be appreciated. Sorry I could not figure out how to get any pictures on here.

Well you could try this little trick. Asbestos does not burn so take a small amount in a tweezers or on a pin put a lit match to it and see if it ignites. Just about everything else will carry the flame until it it burned up.

Asbestos was used for padding in gloves from early on until maybe the 50s I'm guessing. Unless you've got a room full of them, one guy told me, there
shouldn't be much hazzard. But that's up to you if it's a concern.
Other types of padding, horsehair, wool castings, felt, other fibers were also used for glove padding.
